Surprise Sit-In’s with Friends G.Love and Ben Harper

After a busy couple of years touring, Jack was planning to take a break, but couldn’t resist the temptation and started the summer off by sitting in to play a few songs with longtime friend and labelmate G. Love at the Republik Music Festival on Oahu, Hawaii at the Kaka’ako Beach Park Amphitheater on June 9th.  G. Love and Jack performed “Rainbow” into a cover of “A Message to You, Rudy”  by The Specials. And just last week Jack surprised Santa Barbara locals and made a guest appearance at Ben Harper’s Show at the Santa Barbara Bowl on June 30th. The two reunited to play “High Tide, Low Tide”, which is also featured on the recent Jack Johnson & Friends - Best of Kokua Festival release.
