Bob Schneider is awesome! Us Texans are pretty proud of him. He’s not exactly like Jack, but the majority of people I know that like Jack love Bob. “Cap’n Kirk” is the theme song for my life. His music is pretty eclectic. One song sounds mellow, the next has a Spanish flare, and the next has a jazz band.

Brett Dennen is pretty mellow and earthy, too.

I second the suggestion to check out Bob Schneider, listen to a mix of his songs- each album is very eclectic.
