Review
What a perfect day to end the first leg of Jack’s To The Sea Tour. The weather was warm and the fans were happy. Jack started his set by asking if anybody had the chance to float down the Apple River. The crowd cheered and it was obvious that they too, just like Jack, had enjoyed a lovely float down the river earlier that day. The moon was full and the energy of the crowd was contagious. At one point Jack got tossed a frisbee on stage. Each member of the band took turns throwing the frisbee as far as he could. As the energy built, Jack brought up Mason Jennings to the stage and together they played “Red Wine, Mistakes, Mythology” and a classic Mason tune, “Living in the Moment”.

Youth Farm and Market Project provides year-round, youth development programming for youths ages 9 – 18, utilizing experiential education and training, urban agriculture, gardens and greenhouses. We build youth leadership through planting, growing, preparing, and selling food. Youth Farm and Market Project currently works in 3 neighborhoods in the Twin Cities, Lyndale and Powderhorn in Minneapolis, and the West Side of St. Paul.

The Sustainable Biodiesel Alliance (SBA) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization created to promote sustainable practices, including the harvesting and collection, production and distribution of biodiesel fuels. These efforts include Environmental, Social and Economic sustainability. The ultimate goal of the alliance is to create certification for sustainability in biodiesel that will provide transparency to the customer and build extra value for a more sustainable, local product.
