Thanks to all of our Tour Greening Partners and All At Once Non-Profits!

As part of the All At Once campaign, Jack Johnson’s 2014 From Here To Now To You Tour collaborated with over 150 community groups focusing on plastic free initiatives, sustainable local food systems, and other hands-on environmental projects. We would like to send a huge thank you to all of these amazing Non-Profit Partners! The Johnson Ohana Charitable Foundation is supporting these groups through direct and matching donations. You can support All At Once Non-Profit Partners in your community by making a donation, becoming a member or signing up to volunteer!

Special thanks to our tour greening partners including Reverb who coordinated our biodiesel fuelings, farm to stage catering, Village Green and backstage signage, carbon offsets and All At Once volunteers and to Klean Kanteen who provided custom pint cups as Village Green prizes as well as water refill stations at each show so fans could refill their reusable water bottles and reduce single-use disposable plastics!

Also on the plastic free front, the Santa Barbara Bowl’s #MyCupAndMe Campaign is off to a great start after kicking off at Jack’s SB Bowl shows. Here are some rough stats after the long weekend.

  • Close to 2,000 cups were purchased or given away at the Jack Johnson shows
  • The SB Bowl waste stream was reduced between 20% - 30%
  • When the SB Bowl restocked their plastic cups, they restocked approximately 50% less than normal

Thanks to everyone who helped eliminate single-use plastic and went plastic free at the shows!  #AAOPlasticFree

Also, new this tour was the Jack Johnson Bike Valet program.  Thank you to our friends GreenFleet Hawaii for helping to green the tour and launch this valuable program! Local partners helped to make it happen, including volunteers from the Bend Bella Cyclists, Bike East Bay, San Diego Bicycle Coalition & Santa Barbara Bicycle Coalition.
