As Jack sets out for the west coast leg of his summer tour, it’s perfect timing to celebrate Plastic Free July to raise awareness about the impacts of single-use disposable plastics and to join people around the world in promoting solutions. The tour is supporting All At OnceNon-Profit Partners at each tour stop, working to reduce plastic waste and keep our oceans and watersheds clean.

In an effort to eliminate single-use plastic, every concertgoer at the Santa Barbara Bowl will receive a free reusable Jack Johnson pint with beverage purchases and for water refills, and will receive a discount on all refills at the Bowl for the life of the cup. Fans are encouraged to explore the Village Green at the shows and connect with the local plastic free partners including Plastic Solutions at UCSB, Community Environmental Council, Explore Ecology, Heal the Ocean, Ocean Futures Society, Surfrider Santa Barbara and Santa Barbara Channelkeeper. People can enter to win prizes at the concerts by completing the All At Once Passport and taking action such as reusing their pint, refilling at a water station, or making a plastic free pledge at the Capture Your Commitment tent.

Take action to reduce single-use plastics at an upcoming show, or take the Plastic Free July pledge and reduce your plastic consumption for the month of July. Explore great tips and resources for living plastic free!
