We are excited to announce a partnership with Los Angeles based
SUAY Sew Shop, a 100% vertical sewing and production shop founded in 2017. SUAY is committed to creating a culture of community and reuse by investing in skilled laborers and creating a truly transparent textile recycling, reuse, and repair model that serves everyone. Products are created from a combination of post-consumer waste, deadstock and domestically, organically grown fibers. To-date, SUAY has diverted over 3.5 Million pounds of textiles from landfills and continues to support garment workers' rights and policy reform for fair wages. Two years ago, the Jack team began brainstorming with SUAY some fun ideas to upcycle Jack’s vintage concert and Kōkua Festival tees into creative “new” products. Fast forward to today, we are excited to unveil these one-of-kind Jack and Kōkua goods made by SUAY available only on Jack’s webstore and at the Kōkua General Store in Haleiwa, Hawaiʻi. Check out these custom curated quilts, pillows, pouches, totes and shorts! No two products are alike so get yours while you can!
