Jack Tour, Zach Gill’s Stuff, Neil Halstead’s Oh! Mighty Engine ...

Well the Jack Johnson "Sleep Through The Static" tour has just returned home from Europe and even though massive storms were chasing them throughout the tour, the rain didn't dampen the spirits of everyone that turned out (except for everyone that tried to put on, or attend the Saturday gig in Newquay where Gale force winds forced a cancellation). In the end, the crazy weather helped make for some unforgettable shows. So now everyone will enjoy some downtime until they head back out to wrap up the summer with a tour of the States and a few Canadian shows for what looks to be the last live shows of 2008. Jack will be bringing along a new set of openers on this leg. His friends and label-mates Rogue Wave are support for the whole tour. Neil Halstead will be out from 8/3 to 8/19 and The Culver City Dub Collective featuring Paula Fuga who will takeover duties from 8/20 on. Rogue Wave is supporting the release of Asleep at Heavens Gate. Your encouraged to try and carpool to the shows, you can find other folks to share a ride with.
