Plastic Free July Highlights

Jack and the crew celebrated Plastic Free July by cutting out single-use plastics on tour in Europe! To kick-off the month Jack also signed on as an artist ambassador with Green Music Australia and the #BYOBottle campaign to promote reusables in the music industry. We were thrilled to see some innovative reusable cup programs in Europe and want to give a shout out to Eden Project and the Nice Jazz Festival for giving fans a great alternative to disposable plastic cups. We are also excited by the sustainability initiatives of the upcoming Sea.Hear.Now Festival including efforts to reduce plastic pollution and encourage fans to “go refillable” by carrying personal water bottles, purchasing a commemorative festival cup, and packing reusable utensils. Momentum is growing, around the world and within the music industry, to turn the tide on plastic waste!
