WEfficiency breaks crowdfunding record in Hawaii!

Thank you to all who supported the National Tropical Botanical Garden (NTBG) WEfficiency campaign! With the support of over 100 energy ambassadors, the Blue Planet Foundation helped NTBG raise $280,086 in clean energy loans and donations to successfully fund the largest crowdfunding campaign in Hawaii history! The energy upgrades will enable NTBG to save over $60,000 on electricity costs each year—dollars that will instead be put towards researching, protecting, and preserving tropical plants that make Hawaii a special place. The Kokua Hawaii Foundation and Johnson Ohana Charitable Foundation are proud to be part of the WEfficiency Hui, providing funds to leverage community support for this incredibly successful campaign!
