BYOBottle Goes Global!
In celebration of Earth Day, Jack is proud to announce BYOBottle is going global! The BYOBottle Campaign is an exciting music industry effort to turn the tide on plastic pollution by promoting reusable water bottles and water refill stations at music events. The campaign is modeled after the Green Music Australia BYOBottle Campaign, with Jack’s team leading the Sustainable Concerts Working Group to build off that initiative and amplify the BYOBottle commitment worldwide. You can join as an artist, a venue or festival, a non-profit or business, or as a fan. Join BYOBottle and rock your reusable water bottle!
Artists who have signed on in support of BYOBottle include Ben Harper, Bob Weir, Bonnie Raitt, Dave Matthews Band, Dawes, Dead & Company, Empire of the Sun, Flume, Jack Johnson, Jackson Browne, Keb' Mo', Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real, P!nk,The Lumineers, Maroon 5, Steve Earle, Steven Van Zandt, Wilco, and many more.
Lollapalooza has committed to provide an increased amount of water refill stations for fans, artists, and staff. C3 Presents will also promote the BYOBottle message at other festivals including Austin City Limits Music Festival and Sea.Hear.Now.
