KŌKUA FOR KAUA’I Raises over $100,000

KŌKUA FOR KAUA'I benefit concert for Kaua‘i flood victims took place Saturday, May 12, 2018 at the Poipu Beach Athletic Club, featuring Jack Johnson, Donavon Frankenreiter, Paula Fuga, Makana and special guests. 100% of the net proceeds from the evening will be donated to The Kaua‘i Relief and Recovery Fund at Hawai‘i Community Foundation as well as other local organizations committed to flood relief, including Malama Kaua’i and Hawaii Foodbank - Kauai Branch.


Jack presented Michael Kane from the Hawaii Community Foundation a donation check in the amount of $100,000 made possible through the sold-out KŌKUA FOR KAUA'I benefit concert for Kaua‘i flood victims. The presentation took place during an assembly where Kahuku High & Intermediate School Seniors presented food and supplies collected by the entire student body to be directed to communities impacted by both the flooding on Kaua’i, as well as the volcanic eruption on the Big Island.
