The National Park Service just turned 100! The centennial will kick off a second century of stewardship, and of engaging communities through recreation, conservation, and historic preservation. Discover the national parks and programs in your own backyard!

In honor of the 100th Anniversary, Jack continues to promote the Every Kid in a Park initiative, connecting 4th graders and their families with a free pass to explore America’s national public lands and waters. The Johnson Ohana Charitable Foundation is still supporting 4th grade teacher requests for field trip transportation nationwide through DonorsChoose.org, and the Kōkua Hawaiʻi Foundation offers field trip grants for schools in Hawai’i.

Now until September 30th, you can purchase a handful of goods on the Jack Johnson Music online store and 100% of the proceeds from the sales will be donated to the National Park Trust and to the National Park Foundation to fund Every Kid in a Park field trips.

As we celebrate 100 years of our National Parks, we are invited to join friends at Klean Kanteen to help keep our parks plastic free! Klean Kanteen promotes #BringYourOwn as a way of inspiring people all over the world to kick their single-use habits and choose healthy, sustainable products that are better for people and the Earth.
