Parking
Parking is available at the Chinatown Gateway & Smith Beretania lots, Mark’s Garage and the open lot adjacent.
Prohibited items
No food or beverages are allowed inside the Theater. Additionally, large backpacks, helmets, recording devices, skateboards, or anything that might cause an obstruction are not permitted in the theater.

Plastic Free Hawaii
Free water will be available on-site in an effort to reduce single-use plastic water bottles. Please bring your own empty reusable water bottle to fill up at the water stations or reuse the biodegradable cups provided at the show.

All net proceeds earned through Platinum and Premium ticketing programs will be donated to the Johnson Ohana Foundation to support All At Once Non-Profit Partners in communities near each concert. In addition, $2 from every ticket will support the environment, with half being directed to carbon offset projects and half going to support local All At Once Non-Profit Partners. Fans can opt-in to make an additional donation to the Johnson Ohana Foundation to support environmental projects, plastic free initiatives, and food security efforts of the All At Once Non-Profit Partners.
